Position: Terminal Manager
About: A transportation company is seeking a Terminal Manager to oversee all functions within a terminal, including productivity, service, safety, and asset management. The role involves developing business plans, implementing strategies, and ensuring top-notch customer service and safety standards. The Terminal Manager will lead special projects, manage staff, and enforce company policies and regulations to maintain a high-performance culture.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business preferred; 5-7 years of experience in transportation management; knowledge of transportation operations, safety regulations, and maintenance requirements; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and lead multiple initiatives concurrently; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with Transportation Software a plus
