Position: Temporary Wedding and Events Assistant
About: The Office of Business, Hospitality and Auxiliary Services (BHAS) at the University of Pittsburgh is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Wedding and Events Coordinator to assist the Heinz Memorial Chapel Team with weekend events. The role involves serving as a Chapel representative for guests, handling cash transactions, overseeing vendor compliance, and assisting with event coordination.
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of experience required; ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, and lift objects up to 30 pounds; customer service and/or event planning experience preferred
