Position: Temp, Corporate Travel Coordinator

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required, or commensurate combination of experience and education; Associate’s degree in business administration or other applicable field preferred; 3-5 years of experience in corporate travel coordination required; Experience booking complex travel including multi-leg international and domestic travel; Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings simultaneously; Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving; Proficiency in travel booking systems such as Concur or similar platforms; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling travel emergencies or changes efficiently; Experience managing vendor relationships, including hotels, airlines, and transportation providers.
