Position: Technical Specialist and Resource Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Repair Technologies, and/or methods of planning/parts); Minimum of 4 years experience related to Hydro generators and/or related technology; Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%; Generator Specialist Program graduate or GPL designation desired; Six Sigma Green Belt certification is desired; Project Management experience related to Hydro Generator Equipment; GE Service Center operations experience is desired; Experienced in directing craft labor on customer sites; Lean Manufacturing experience; Excellent communication, organizational, integration, and leadership skills
