Position: Team Member – FOH/Server

About: Eastcut is seeking kind, detail-oriented team players to join their restaurant team. The job responsibilities include being the face of Eastcut, participating in various activities such as monitoring the point of sale, organizing orders, and maintaining cleanliness. Team Members are expected to excel in guest experience and uphold the highest standards in food production and safety. The job requirements include no prior work experience necessary, the ability to showcase Smiling Hospitality, self-motivation, and excellence in all tasks. Being physically capable of tasks like lifting, bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods is vital, along with interacting with guests regularly and following scheduled shifts.

Requirements: No work experience necessary to apply; ability to learn in all aspects of operation; ability to showcase Smiling Hospitality and inspire other Team Members to do the same; ability to challenge yourself, ask questions, work hard, and grow; must be self-motivated and detail-oriented; ability to occasionally lift 50lbs, bend, squat, and stand for extended periods of time; ability to interact with guests on a regular basis; ability to be regularly present for scheduled shifts; ability to occasionally work in hot or cold environments for extended periods of time; must be 18 years or older (NC ABC laws for serving beer and wine)
