About: Fresh Dining Concepts, as the leading Franchisee of ToGo Foods which includes Auntie Anne’s, Carvel, Cinnabon, and Jamba Juice, operates multiple locations across the United States and is currently seeking dedicated Team Members to join their exceptional team.
Requirements: 0-1 years of experience in the food service industry or equivalent retail experience; Current food handler certification, or ability to obtain certification within the first 30 days as required by local law; Basic math and basic reading skills; Ability to understand and carry out oral and/or written instructions in English and request clarification when needed; Strong guest focus with excellent people skills, including positive can-do attitude and quick learner; Availability to work shifts; Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers; Compliance with all health and sanitation laws and regulations.
