Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 3-5 years of previous restaurant management experience; ability to work 50-55 hours per week across multiple shifts; strong passion for guest service and upbeat attitude; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; proven ability to coach, train, and motivate team members; possession of current ServSafe Certification; valid driver’s license
