Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Retail work experience or Store Leader recommendation desired; Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred; Successful performance as a Peer Trainer or similar role; Demonstrated product knowledge relevant to the department; Varied certification or licensing requirements depending on the department; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Must be at least 18 years of age
