Position: Team Leader

A Store Coach at MOD is responsible for helping the General Manager drive overall store operations and leading the Squad to deliver the best MOD experience.
Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months in a Shift Captain position (any exceptions require RD approval) or 1 year of supervisory experience in a retail store or restaurant, ideally in a customer-facing position; Experience successfully leading, coaching, training, and motivating frontline employees; Ability to think strategically and act tactically; Ability to stay calm and focused in busy restaurant operations; Belief in our purpose, accepting of change, and growth mindset; Must be at least 18 years old; Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date.
