Position: Team Lead-Supply Chain 7:00am to 3:30pm
About: Indiana University Health, Indiana’s most comprehensive health system with 15 hospitals and nearly 40,000 team members, is seeking a Team Lead for Supply Chain operations from 7:00am to 3:30pm. This role oversees the Loading Dock and the Linens Department, ensuring the smooth daily function of the assigned team in alignment with Supervisor and Facility Manager instructions. Requires familiarity with Warehouse Management and Enterprise Resource Management systems for documentation purposes, troubleshooting delays, quality control, and inventory tasks. On-call rotation and weekend coverage are part of the role responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma/GED or equivalent required; 5-7 years of relevant experience needed; proficiency in personal computer use, Microsoft applications, and ERP system essential; ability to operate material handling equipment, with possible certification requirement; capability for prolonged standing, walking, and heavy lifting; willingness to cover various job assignments within the team
