About: The Hotel is looking for a Team Lead (TL) to assist the General Manager (GM) in managing day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, resolving issues, and maintaining safety and security procedures. The TL also oversees staff training, policy compliance, and revenue optimization at the property level.
Requirements: Prior hotel experience required; High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience; Ability to operate property management system technology; Strong supervisory and organizational skills; Solid English language proficiency; Able to handle physical demands of the job and work in various environmental conditions
