About: The Team Lead position at ESA Management, LLC assists the General Manager in managing hotel operations to ensure optimal performance, high guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. The Team Lead resolves guest and associate issues, oversees safety and security procedures, and assumes GM responsibilities when necessary.
