Requirements: A commitment to the mission of Uncommon Schools and investment in their anti-racist vision; demonstrated commitment to supporting students’ social, emotional, and academic development; enthusiasm for collaborating with internal and external partners; self-directed learner who implements feedback to improve outcomes and achieve objectives. Required Experience: 1-2 years of experience impacting K-12 students in urban schools; academic expertise in Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields; bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university prior to employment. Certification not initially required but must meet NY state certification eligibility requirements.
