Requirements: Limited or no teaching experience; hands-on practice and training to become a successful full-time classroom teacher; ability to observe best practices and learn from experienced teachers; willingness to co-teach, provide substitute teaching coverage, and support teachers with tutoring, grading, and student instruction; potential to teach own class of students; strong commitment to professional development and instructional improvement
