Requirements: A commitment to the mission of Uncommon Schools and the vision for being an anti-racist organization; demonstrated commitment to supporting students’ social-emotional and academic development; enthusiasm for collaborating with internal and external partners; self-directed learner who implements feedback to improve outcomes; 1-2 years of experience impacting K-12 students in urban schools and communities preferred; academic expertise in Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or related fields; bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
