Position: Tea Artisan
About: Sipping Streams Tea Company, the leader in tea manufacturing and production in Fairbanks, Alaska, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Tea Artisan to join their dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to go beyond traditional barista responsibilities and share the joy of tea through various engaging tasks.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; Current Alaska Food workers card (within first week of employment); Previous retail sales, restaurant, or food service experience preferred; Approachable demeanor, strong communication and people skills, problem-solving, and creative skills; Excellent writing, outstanding interpersonal skills, commitment, and follow-through; Proactive and action-oriented; Reliable transportation; 3 days a week minimum availability with the ability to work opening or closing shifts as needed; Experience in customer service, food safety, food service, Point of Sale register, and money handling
