Position: TC/HOST – JOURNEYS
About: Ensures quality guest service and satisfaction by greeting and thanking guests for dining in a professional and friendly manner. Provides quality accommodations, in a timely manner, for all dining guests and TRC guests. Operates and maintains computerized guest reservations while also maintaining the flow of guests coming into the restaurant in an efficient manner. Works with the POS system, cash handling, and maintaining guest wait list. Assists team members as needed or requested.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred; minimum of six (6) months experience working with the public utilizing guest relation skills; minimum of six (6) months work experience as a host and/or cashier in a full-service restaurant preferred; must be 18 years of age or older; must be able to obtain and hold a Food Handler’s card within 60 days from the date of hire; must be able to successfully pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit; must be able to work any shift including days, swing, grave, weekends, and/or holidays; successful employment history with the Tulalip Tribes and/or other employers.
