Position: TC/COOK – DRAFT ($1,000 “HOT JOB” BONUS)
About: Maintain the highest level of culinary standards under the guidance of the Signature Dining Multi-Venue Chef at Tulalip Tribes, providing an exceptional dining experience for guests through various cooking techniques and food preparation.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred; minimum of 2 years experience as a Line Cook in a full-service dinner house; at least 1 year experience in grilling, broiling, steaming, and sautéing; knowledge of HACCP, Health Codes, and Liquor Laws; flexibility to work different shifts and venues; ability to pass a background investigation for a Tribal Gaming License or Permit; successful employment history with Tulalip Tribes or other employers
