Position: TAVERN BARTENDER
About: A dynamic and fast-paced bar environment is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join their team. The role involves mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, providing exceptional guest service, and promoting player club benefits in a casino setting. The ideal candidate will ensure guest satisfaction and uphold the company’s guest service culture standards.
Requirements: Previous bartending experience preferred; Experience providing high-touch guest service expected in a fun, high-energy environment; Knowledge of beers, spirits, and wines; Comfortable with self-banking; Team-oriented; Ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-paced environment; Sound judgment in difficult guest situations; Proven experience in providing high levels of guest service; Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and computers; At least 21 years of age; High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Effective communication in English; Obtain and maintain required work cards; Verification of right to work in the United States
