Position: Tasting Room Staff
About: Oliver Winery, a renowned winery located in Bloomington, Indiana, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Wine Server to join their team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to customers, sharing knowledge about wines, and contributing to a welcoming environment at the winery.
Requirements: Must be able to work flexible shifts and schedules, primarily weekends; Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend for up to 8 hours a day; Must be able to possess an Indiana Bartender’s Permit; Experience in retail or customer service; Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills; Solid math skills; Because of the nature of this position, must be at least 21 years of age to apply
