Position: Tasting Room Server
About: Rosenblum Cellars Wine Bar, located on the beautiful waterfront at Jack London Square in Oakland, is seeking a part-time (with potential for full time) Server to join our team! We are a fun, energetic “family,” sharing wonderful wines with many new and existing customers. Rosenblum Cellars, founded over 40 years ago by Kent Rosenblum, known as the “King of Zinfandel”, is an iconic winery with a loyal following.
Requirements: Education/Experience: Computer Skills, Over 21 years old. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Wines culture, iPad Order Entry, Communicate with customers and Sales personnel & office staff, Work under pressure. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift a 40 lb. case of wine, Stand and walk for long periods of time, Perform tasks using standard computer equipment. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Indoor/outdoor climate. PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT REQUIRED: Proper footwear (closed toe, nonskid) are a must during shift.
