Position: Tasting Room Associate
About: Eco Terreno, a leading wine farm in Northern California with 140-acres of certified organic land planted primarily to vineyards in Alexander Valley near Cloverdale, is seeking passionate individuals to join their team. Requirements: Minimum of 1 year of Hospitality experience; Sommelier education/experience preferable; Ability to lead a team offering the highest level of guest experience; Desire to be an active part of service ensuring a successful day; Strong knowledge of wine and food pairing; Strong observational skills and multi-tasking abilities; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Ability to create a warm and sincere ambience while being flexible and amiable at all intervals of service; Refined social skills highlighting empathetic awareness and intuition; Ability to adopt and implement new ideas to create an ever-growing and evolving workplace
