Position: Task Force General Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered. Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in select-service or extended-stay hotels. Proven track record overseeing properties under Hilton, Choice, or Marriott brands is highly desirable. Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial performance metrics. Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and handle multiple priorities. Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and other relevant hotel software. Flexibility in work schedule, including potential weekends, holidays, and on-call duty.
