Position: Task Force District Manager
About: ESA Management, LLC is currently seeking a seasoned professional to direct and manage the property operations of multiple properties, ensuring optimum performance and continuous improvement in key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will oversee hotel managers to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction, and efficiency while upholding company standards for 100% guest satisfaction. The role involves managing budgets, forecasting, labor standards, financial oversight, and sales activities to meet revenue objectives and ensure a superior guest experience.
Requirements: Requires a minimum of four years of hospitality management experience, with a strong preference for a four-year degree. Must have the ability to read, speak, and write in English effectively, manage and direct staff, organize multiple projects, demonstrate strong leadership skills, and possess basic computer knowledge. The role entails standing, walking, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as local and occasional air travel and exposure to various environmental conditions.
