Position: Taproom Shift Lead Team Member
About: Von Ebert Brewing is seeking a Taproom Shift Lead Team Member to provide exceptional service and oversee operations in the dining room, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for guests. This role involves pouring world-class beers, preparing beverages, and managing team member planning on a shift-by-shift basis.
Requirements: Must be 21 years of age; ability to communicate effectively with guests; knowledge of craft beers/microbrews, wine, liquor, and drink recipes; basic math skills and cash handling experience; able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform physical tasks like reaching and bending; holds an Oregon Liquor and Cannabis Commission Alcohol Service Permit and Oregon Food Handlers Card; maintain confidentiality, enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues.
