Position: Tapas Busser
About: Cafe Sevilla is seeking a Busser to assist the wait staff in maintaining a clean and organized environment for employees and guests. The role requires communicating Sevilla’s unique characteristics, contributing positively to the work environment, and following company, state, and federal regulations. The Busser position includes responsibilities for Stocking Busser (BS) and Busser Runner (BR) roles as needed.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to communicate effectively with guests; knowledge of service procedures for servers and bartenders; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; ability to follow opening and closing checklists; attentive to guest needs; able to maintain table settings and assist wait staff effectively; willingness to assist in various restaurant tasks; adherence to sanitation and safety policies; strong teamwork skills
