Position: Tap Room Porter – Full-Time
About: • Retrieves orders from storeroom, visually checks stock received against written requisition with storeroom personnel to ensure accuracy. Cuts, slices, and peels perishable garnishes and fruits. Maintains cleanliness of bar area and storage areas. Attends mandatory meetings. Adheres to liquor regulations. Salary range: $18.00 – $20.75 per hour.
Requirements: • Ability to work and stand in confined spaces for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing at least 50 pounds. Knowledgeable in preparing alcoholic beverages. Basic mathematical skills required. Manual dexterity needed for various tasks. Proficient in English language for communication. Previous hospitality experience preferred. Must have Food Handler’s Certification.
