About: The TAP Sportsbar at MGM Resorts International is seeking a Cocktail Server to play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences through exceptional service and a friendly demeanor, creating unforgettable moments for guests.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; knowledge of beverages on menu, including characteristics of wine, major wines, liquor brands, beer, non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, terminology, and garnishes; highly motivated and energetic personality; ability to take initiative, exhibit flexibility, and work varied shifts; excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
