Position: TAP Assistant Manager – MGM Springfield

Requirements: High volume restaurant management or supervisory experience required; Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as office equipment; Effective listening abilities with strong judgment skills; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Experience working in a similar resort setting; Working knowledge of all Food and Beverage products, menu items, and equipment; Familiarity with Culinary Union contracts; Understanding of health, safety, and sanitation regulations; Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and operations; Bilingual proficiency in English as the primary or secondary language
