Requirements: High volume restaurant management or supervisory experience required; Basic knowledge of computer software including Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays; Working knowledge of Food and Beverage products, menu items, equipment, and safety regulations; Familiarity with Culinary Union contracts and Point of Sale systems; Bilingual proficiency in English;
