Position: Talent Acquisition Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-food/QSR or retail industries; Proven experience managing a team of direct reports; Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and employer branding in a high-turnover environment; Proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting software; Strong interviewing skills and excellent interpersonal abilities; Knowledge of employment laws related to recruiting and hiring; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Passion for execution, talent acquisition, and a can-do attitude
