Position: Talent Acquisition Consultant
About: Fidelity TalentSource, the in-house temporary staffing provider for Fidelity Investments, one of the largest global financial services firms, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team in Merrimack, NH or Smithfield, RI. The focus is on attracting top talent to drive business results and provide a positive hiring experience across all levels of the organization.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; demonstrated experience of end-to-end recruiting process; demonstrable experience with all recruiting lifecycle components including sourcing, qualifying and assessing candidates, networking, market trends and relationship management across leadership and individual contributor roles; proven experience using a variety of sourcing tools and resources to discover and attract candidates; deeply detail-oriented and ability to maintain momentum in a dynamic, high-touch business environment; ability to prioritize, multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment; excellent oral and written communication skills; leveraging recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage potential talent and ensure ongoing talent pipelines (Workday (ATS), etc.)
