Requirements: 2-4 years experience in a similar or equivalent role; ability to effectively communicate with employees and guests; training and managing employees; maintaining safety and quality standards; ordering supplies within budget limits; supervising daily operations; controlling operational costs; appraising staff performance; interacting with guests for feedback; understanding of employment laws and regulations; knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office; warm and friendly demeanor
