Requirements: Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written); valid Food Handler’s Certificate required; 2 years line cooking experience in similar environment; fundamental comprehension of operating professional kitchen equipment; basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) to execute recipes; knowledge of and skill in using English measurements in volume and weight
