Position: System Patient Dining and Experience Manager
About: Aramark, a global company rooted in service and united by a mission to do great things for their partners, communities, and planet, is seeking candidates for a System Patient Dining & Experience Manager position within the Jefferson Health System. This role involves managing patient dining programs and satisfaction scores across multiple sites in South New Jersey and the Philadelphia area, emphasizing customer service and hospitality in representing the food service department to patients.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred; Healthcare Food Service Management experience required; CBORD experience required (user and programming perspective); Demonstrated leadership skills with broad knowledge of management practices; Proven ability to manage projects and resources remotely; Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse audiences; Comprehensive understanding of Aramark patient dining programs; Strong business planning skills; Willingness to travel to various hospital sites in South New Jersey and Philadelphia area; NOTE: This client location requires all individuals to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 before the start date
