Position: Switchgear Assembly Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree preferred); 5-7 years of experience in engineering, production, or operations management, preferably in switchboard, panelboard, EV assembly, and wiring departments; Experience as a General Electrical Foreman in a manufacturing or industrial setting will also be considered; Proficiency in ERP systems; Proven experience in managing large production teams and driving operational excellence; Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies.
