Position: Swell Server (On-Call)
About: The Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach is currently seeking a Swell Server (On-Call) to provide top-notch service to guests in a courteous and efficient manner. This resort blends luxury with outdoor elements and is a tranquil oasis in Waikiki, featuring unique amenities like an Oceanarium and a forthcoming pool deck with private cabanas.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred; flexible availability for long hours occasionally; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for the entire shift; effective communication skills both verbally and in writing; strong customer service orientation; adherence to grooming standards, attendance policies, and hotel regulations; problem-solving and proactive approach to guest and employee interactions; willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.
