Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; must be eighteen years of age or older; experience in food service preferred; ability to lift and carry thirty pounds; excellent communication skills in English; successful completion of ServeSafe Sanitation training; willingness to work odd hours and travel; availability to work in a smoke environment; possession or ability to obtain a Tribal Gaming License
