About: Conscious Carnivore by Black Earth Meats, a company specializing in meat products, is looking to fill two full-time positions: Butcher’s Assistant/Apprentice and Retail. The ideal candidates will join a team dedicated to quality products and customer service.
Requirements: Applicant must possess a strong work ethic and a desire to learn; ability to handle a knife confidently; capability to engage and converse with customers; clean and presentable appearance. Retail position requires strong work ethic; ability to interact easily with customers; willingness to educate about meat, farming practices, and the company’s facility. Background in education, restaurants, or sustainable agriculture is a plus.
