About: Delaware North Sportservice at Truist Park in Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join their culinary team. The venue, home to Major League Baseball’s Atlanta Braves, offers a state-of-the-art ballpark experience for fans.
Requirements: Three years’ Sushi experience, including previous management role experience in high-volume, quality-oriented, and catering with Sushi; Excellent volume cooking and presentation skills; Strong leadership and management skills; Proficient in Word, Excel, and kitchen computer production system; Excellent communication and listening skills; Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with effective decision-making; Flexibility to work varied shifts including holidays and weekends; No degree required
