The Sushi Line Cook plays a key role in menu recipe execution, plate presentation, and ensuring the correct preparation of all dishes according to guest requests and company standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Sushi Line Cook or in a similar culinary role preferred; knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, portion control, and food safety standards; ability to maintain a clean and organized work station; strong communication and teamwork skills
