Position: Sushi Cook
About: FCH Enterprises, Inc. is a company dedicated to providing quality food consistently and efficiently. The Sushi Cook position is responsible for preparing menu items served in the Sushi Bar at various store locations under the supervision of store management.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; Previous experience preparing Japanese menu items preferred; Basic math and writing skills; Ability to learn and practice new food preparation methods; Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor; Problem-solving and critical thinking skills; Fluency in English language; Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for 6-8 hours, and perform various movements; TB skin test within 5 years of start date; Drug screening test
