Position: Supv Facilities Maintenance
About: PeaceHealth is a healthcare organization seeking a Supervisor Facilities Maintenance for a full-time, variable position. The role involves supervising facility operations to ensure efficient and safe building systems operation in alignment with local and federal standards.
Requirements: High school diploma required; Bachelor of Science preferred; Minimum of 5 years required in relevant facilities experience; Minimum of 2 years preferred in facility management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment; Required: Driver’s License; Preferred: Certified Healthcare Facilities Manager by the American Hospital Association; Required skills include knowledge of facilities and safety regulations, excellent communication skills, understanding of HIPAA and ability to liaise with regulatory agencies, ability to manage complex projects, proficiency in MSOffice applications.
