Requirements: Able to perform in designated stations according to business levels; Complete necessary checklists including opening, closing, and mid-shift tasks; Identify room needs and address them independently; Knowledge of coffee brewing, cocktail making, wine pouring, and food running; Basic understanding of dining room operations and service procedures; Ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system; Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple deadlines; Maintain composure under pressure and exhibit a positive attitude
