Position: Supply Chain Analytics Manager

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 5+ years of data analysis experience; 2+ years of program or project management experience; strong analytical skills (statistical forecasting, regression analysis, etc.); proven ability to work autonomously and establish cross-functional work relationships; experience using data and metrics for improvements; experience owning program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership; experience in complex problem-solving and working in tight schedules; strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills; intermediate level Excel knowledge (e.g., pivot tables & charts, nested logical/IF formulas, etc.); familiarity with SQL; effective communication with various departments; strong supply chain processes and analytical/organizational skills; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to function effectively in changing environments and meet deadlines; creative, self-motivated, with planning and initiation abilities
