Requirements: Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) certification (Required); Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field (Required); At least one year of substance abuse counseling experience (Required); Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment; Knowledge of substance abuse intervention techniques and recovery principles
