Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Pennsylvania licensed RN, LSW, or LPC required; 1 to 3 years of leadership and/or supervisory experience; 3 years working in social service or healthcare-related field; Experience working with people with disabilities or seniors in need of LTSS; Knowledge of home and community-based service system; Experience conducting LTSS needs assessments and monitoring LTSS delivery; Ability to provide informed advocacy; Ability to interact with healthcare professionals professionally
