Position: Supervisor, Retail Operations

Requirements: All applicants must be at least 21 years of age; Possession of a bachelor’s degree or 3 years of experience at a management administrative level with an emphasis on employee relations and talent management; Experience in handling all aspects of a retail operation including staffing schedules, compliance, inventory control, purchasing, theft prevention, and product diversion; Demonstrated management and leadership skills in a high-growth environment; Exceptional interpersonal, conflict management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; Strong business acumen, management reporting, and consulting abilities; Excellent written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills; Ability to develop strong relationships, work with senior-level executives, and implement HR policies and programs; Hands-on responsibility for human resources activities, both operations and analysis
