Position: Supervisor – Hourly
About: Las Margaritas in Westerville is looking for a Dining Room Supervisor. This person will supervise and assist in all aspects of guest service including waitstaff, bartenders, hosts, bussers, and food runners. The position requires leadership through a hands-on approach. Candidates should be available nights and weekends after training. Competitive wages and benefits come with the position.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; leadership experience in a restaurant setting; availability to work nights and weekends; fluency in Spanish a plus
