Requirements: Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences. They provide leadership to the crew, monitor performance, maintain McDonald’s standards, ensure safety, security, profitability, and communicate effectively. Responsibilities include food safety, internal communication, inventory management, maintenance, crew management, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training. Previous leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality preferred. Must be 18 years or older.
