Requirements: Bachelor of Sciences degree in nursing (individuals hired without a BSN will need to complete a degree program within 5 years of hire date); Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical/Telemetry nursing with at least one (1) year of Clinical Unit Supervisor experience; Current California Nursing license; Certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing preferred; Basic EKG Competence; Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish); Basic computer skills; Current Basic Life Support (BLS); Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Experience with Electronic Medical Record preferred
